After the royal household members was accidentally killed, the heir to the throne turns out to be a loutish American called Ralph Jones (John Goodman). Over-night, Ralph goes by sleazy vegas lounge singer into King of England, also it's Roy Al secretary Cedric Willingham's (Peter O'Toole) job to try and civilize him.
